In wet conditions, the grooves expel water from the contact patch to increase skidding resistance. Microgrooves improve grip and reduce uneven tread wear. The groove width minimizes stone retention while the tough ribs offer increased resistance to abrasions and curbing. The straight rib design increases stability and minimizes rolling resistance.
